What we keep, and how to take it back

The short version

We keep what we need to map your question and email you about it. We don't sell it, rent it, or run ad pixels on you. Every email we send carries a link that stops contact or deletes your request, no login required.

When you ask for a map

• Your name, email, and (if you give one) your organization.
• Your question and your answers about it: what kind of question it is, your role, what it's for, your timing, and whether we may publish the map.
• How you found us: the page you started from and any campaign tags in the link. This is recorded by our own server, not a third-party tracker.
• A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to and when.

We also count how many people reach each step of the form. Those counts carry no names, emails, or questions.

What we do with it

A person reads your question, decides whether we can map it well, builds the map, and emails you about it: a welcome note, the map itself, and at most one follow-up. That's the whole list.

Maps are private to you unless you told us publishing is fine, and even then a person decides before anything goes public.

What we don't do

We don't give advice about an individual's medical, legal, or financial situation, and we'd ask you not to send details of one. Please leave out health records, case numbers, and anything about other people they wouldn't want shared.

Taking it back

Every email from us links to a page where you can unsubscribe, stop all contact, or delete your request. Deleting erases your name, email, organization, and question, keeping only a one-way fingerprint of your email so an old automated message can't find you again.

If you created an account to view your map, you can delete that account from its settings page. You can also reply to any email and a person will sort it out.
